Aer Lingus launch flash 4th of July sale on flights to the US

Cathy Donohue

Aer Lingus just launched a flash sale on flights to North America.

To celebrate American Independence Day, the airline is reducing the price of transatlantic flights by €50 and we’re very tempted to book a break stateside.

Aer Lingus now flies direct to fourteen destinations in North America including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, and Miami and let’s not forget the new Minneapolis-St Paul route direct from Dublin which started just three days ago.

This transatlantic fare offer is valid for travel from 23 August to 30 November 2019 and to avail of it, you must book your flights between the 4 and 8 July at www.aerlingus.com.

That’s not all either as the airline is also giving away two pairs of return flights to North America and it’s a pretty sweet deal as the competition involves ice cream.

Aer Lingus

Aer Lingus has teamed up with Dublin-based ice-cream parlour, Scoop, coming up with four ice-cream flavours especially to celebrate the 4th of July.

Scoop has three locations including Aungier Street, Ranelagh and Smithfield Tower so that’s this evening’s after-work sunny excursion planned.

With Peanut Butter and Jelly, Smores, Key Lime Pie and Cola to choose from, it’s the perfect excuse to treat yourself to some ice cream in this glorious weather and it’s all to play for with this unreal prize.

To enter, share a Tweet or Instagram of their delicious dessert using the hashtag #TheStatesideScoop to be in with a chance to win. Scoop has three Dublin locations including Aungier Street, Ranelagh and Smithfield Tower.

Entries must be posted today or they won’t be valid so you’ll want to get that perfect Instagram photo sorted asap.
