Here’s the top 10 holiday destinations for 2020, as searched on Google

It may only be January, but lads, if you're not already planning exactly where you're going to be jetting off to later this year, then you must be mad. ... Or simply happy in your life and work, and not desperate to get away from it all at a moment's notice. Either or. Regardless, Google have released the top 10 destinations that they expect to be big for travellers this year as per users' searches. There's very little to say that this list is at all accurate, but it does give us a pretty good idea of where people are considering hitting up in 2020. Whether they'll actually go or not is another story. Up top of the list at No.1 is Da Nang, Vietnam, a coastal city known for its pristine beaches and colonial history. It's followed by Sao Paulo in Brazil, and then by Seoul in Korea. The full list is as follows:

The new 'Travel' tool allows users to find the best times to visit a city, and the expected hotel prices for those dates. The 'When to visit' tab shows how weather, crowds and pricing vary across the year and the 'What you’ll pay' tab shows if prices are low or high at the time. Handy enough.
