Ice bucket challenges have taken over the internet in recent days, all in the name of a good cause.
The idea behind these challenges is to raise awareness for ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), a progressive neurodegenerative disease. It is also referred to as Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in Ireland.
There have been plenty of celebrities taking part and sharing the videos online. People at home are doing their bit too and it's hats off to Paul Dawson and his father, also Paul Dawson, from Newbridge.
Paul Junior decided to do his ice bucket challenge and enlisted his dad to douse him in icy water. Then Paul decided he was a little overdressed for the occasion and stripped down to his boxers and shorts.
