Planning on saying ‘I do’ next year?

Well, we’ve got some good news: it turns out that 2020 is actually a really good year to get married, according to astrology.

And there’s one day in particular that is better to get married on if you want a long-lasting relationship.

Astrologer Carolyne Faulkner told Cosomopolitan that next year will be a particularly fortuitous time to enter into lasting partnerships”.

Apparently, February is the best month astrologically, with February 20, 2020 being the best date to say ‘I do’.

She explained that there were a number of meanings behind the date 20/02/20 , beginning with the fact that the number 20 represents the Angel, which  signifies ‘new beginnings’.

Faulkner, who is the founder of Dynamic Astrology, continued:

“In numerology the number two signifies the stoic and powerful female, who bows her head with humility and grace, yet has unparalleled resolve and strength.

“In astrology number two marks the house of Taurus, and as a sign it is ruled by Venus – the goddess of love and beauty, representing patience, tenacity and a dedication to remain loyal and work hard to build an incredible, lasting union.”

And while February 20, 2020 is the best exact date to get married, Carolyne explained that next year is, in general, a pretty good time to to go into a big relationship commitment.

She said that this is due to Saturn shifting from Capricorn, where it has been since 2017, into  “the idealistic and forward-thinking sign of Aquarius in 2020, joining Jupiter.”

She added:

“This combination hasn’t been seen since the 1960s, which was the age of love, equality and freedom, and the freedom to love.

“Due to the alignment of planets in 2020, couples who choose to say ‘I do’ under this astrological phase are very likely to have been in karmic unions many times over, in many other lifetimes; but this life is the one where they may just get it right.”

Well, there you have it: if you haven’t decided on a wedding date just yet, now may be the time.
