Woman Stabbed Husband with Ceramic Squirrel for Returning Home Without Beer

Authorities in South Carolina say a 44-year-old woman has been charged with criminal domestic violence this weekend after she stabbed her husband with a ceramic squirrel. According to NBC news, Helen Williams from North Charleston stabbed her husband with the decorative piece after he returned home on Christmas Eve, having failed to buy beer for Christmas Day. Helen Williams, who stabbed her husband for failing to buy beer Deputies said the man said Williams was so angry when he returned without beer, because stores were closed, that she grabbed a ceramic squirrel, beat him in the head, then stabbed him in the shoulder and chest. Records on Friday showed that Williams was in the Charleston County jail on $10,000 cash bond. She faces a hearing in April on a felony charge of domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.
