If you snapped up any of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe’s first kosmetics line Khroma, then hang onto it because it’s actually a lot more exclusive than you think!
Following a lawsuit filed in January by another cosmetics brand Kroma (no ‘h’... keep up), a judge has ruled that our favourite reality TV sisters can’t use the name because it’s too similar.
The Florida-based makeup artist Lee Tilett, who trademarked Kroma in 2010, sent a cease-and-desist letter to Boldface, the company who produce Khroma and unable to resolve the issue, Tilett ended up filing a $10 million law suit against the Kardashian’s late last year.

So what does the ruling mean? If Boldface appeal the decision, they’ll be able to keep Khroma on the shelves but it doesn’t look good.
And, having used the makeup line ourselves, we have to admit we'll be really disappointed if it does disappear completely. The packaging is a little plastic but the metallic eyeshadows are heavily pigmented, give great coverage and last for hours.
Bet Kourtney and Khloe are raging they let Kim use up all the other good family names on her cheapo perfumes...
