It's an old cliché but you will often see people changing their hair dramatically after a serious break-up. Whether that means chopping it all off and opting for a pixie crop or dying it a vibrant exciting colour.
Little Mix band member Jesy Nelson recently split from fiancé Jake Roche after being engaged for 18 months.
Perhaps she wanted to change as a result of the break-up or maybe she just felt like doing something different with her hair.
Regardless of why she did it, we are in love.
She shared a photo of her shiny new flame coloured locks on Instagram, thanking her hairdresser for making her look 'fabulous' and added the hashtag #GingerSpice.

Jesy shared another picture of her new 'do on Snapchat.

Jesy's hairdresser Siobhan Jones has also worked with Perrie and Jade from Little Mix on their hair.
Siobhan shared that she used Loreal Professional and Smart Bond to make Jesy's hair look so fabulous.
