Katie Holmes has landed a new role, as the first Global Ambassador for Olay.
The 35-year-old mother of one has been appointed by the skincare brand to represent their Your Best Beautiful campaign, encouraging women around the world to “never settle and be their best beautiful in their lives and in their skin”.
“I’m very excited to be the Olay Global Brand Ambassador,” says Holmes. “Olay is a brand I respect, trust and believe in. I love the products and message to women to never settle and put their best face forward, every day.”
This is not Katie’s first time in front of the camera for a beauty brand; she has already been the face of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics for multiple campaigns, and released her own capsule collection of colour cosmetics for the brand in 2013. She has also serve as the brand ambassador for Alterna Haircare, which she co-owns.
The former Dawson’s Creek star has not abandoned her acting career however. She will be seen in Mania Days later this year and also appears alongside Ryan Reynolds in Woman in Gold, which is scheduled for a 2015 release.
