Solange now has platinum blond hair and it’s effortlessly cool

Solange, the epitome of cool.

The singer is known for her fabulous big hair but she's decided to mix things up and debuted platinum blond hair, complete with braids in different sizes this week. Thirty-one-year-old Solange Knowles, little sister of Beyoncé, showed off her striking new look when she performed at New York Fashion Week, during Maryam Nassir Zadeh's Spring show. There have been multiple celebrity hair transformations lately including Mila Kunis, Pippa Middleton, and Sarah Hyland but this one is definitely the most dramatic yet. In case you were thinking that this new look is a once off, Solange has posted a couple of images to her Instagram account, including another snap of the braided look and one of her afro.
