This is because your nose gets used to the smell you’re wearing, so typically you can only smell it when it’s first applied.

There is nothing more soul destroying then when your favourite perfume starts to fade on your skin.
Rather than spending a fortune re-applying the scent, why not consider other options.
We recently discovered a brilliant hack that will help maintain the smell of your favourite perfume.
So, there are actually a number of small hacks you can use…
According to experts, the best time to spray perfume on your skin is just after your shower.
Why? Well, the moisture on your skin gives your perfume something to hold on to.
So spraying your fave scent on after your skin has been freshly washed boosts its staying power and will help you smell great all day long.
ALSO, if you lash on a bit of moisturiser before spraying your perfume, you’ll have added staying power.
There are of course certain areas of the body you should apply your perfume.
The best places are your pulse points which is the inside of your elbow, the nape of your neck, your wrists and the backs of your knees.
Still not working for you? Fear not!
