"High carb and low fat has helped others cure their acne but not mine," Rachel says. "Mine has been healing doing high fat low carb."The ingredients for her magic smoothie? Celery (1 stalk) Cucumber (5 slices) Handful of spinach 1/2 avocado Spirulina (1tbs) Acai (1tbs) Chia seeds (3tbs) Flax seeds (1tbs) Slice of chopped fresh ginger Fill with water and blend away! This piece goes into more detail about the changes she made and the difference this has made to her complexion. Rachel says these lifestyle changes have made a massive difference to not only her skin but her overall health and this is why she wants to share her acne story with others. "I don't want young girls feeling the same way I did. I don't want them to think they have to look a certain way to be accepted or beautiful. They need more role models embracing there real natural selfs because that is real life.
