Yikes! Kylie Cosmetics has just been hit with another lawsuit

People are not happy.

It looks like Kylie Jenner’s website needs some updating.

In the latest lawsuit to come at her company, Antoinette Suchenko is suing Kylie Jenner Inc. for not having compatible software for the blind.

According to TMZ, Antoinette has been legally blind for more than 20 years, and uses screen reader software to navigate the Internet – but in the suit she says Kylie’s cosmetics site isn’t compatible. Therefore due to the lack of needed software and the speed in which Kylie’s products sell out, Antoinette hasn’t been able to purchase any of the products herself.

It is also reported in the lawsuit that Antoinette is not looking for any cash or compensation, she just wants Kylie to update her website so it abides by the Americans with Disabilities Act standards.

And this isn’t the first time this has occurred. Last year a similar lawsuit was filled again DASH clothing, the clothing franchise owned by Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian. Andres Gomez sued the company last year for the exact same problem, when he found the site not compatible with screen reader technology.
