Ladies, if you love to dip a biscuit in your coffee, well we might just have the news you’ve been waiting for…
KFC has unveiled its latest offering – and it’s an edible coffee cup that will have you queueing up for more.
Titled the ‘Scoff-ee Cup’ (we see what you did there), the cutlery treat is made from biscuit, wrapped in sugar and then lined with a layer of heat-resistant white chocolate to keep the coffee hot but the cup crispy.
So the chocolate lining starts to melt, what’s the reward?
How about melted biscuit crumbling into your mouth with a slug of coffee.
The more adventurous coffee customer can also choose to buy a cup with an infused aroma… although we’re not sure on the smells linking to flavours.
Infusions include ‘coconut sun cream’, ‘freshly cut grass’ and ‘wild flowers’, all aimed at creating those nostalgic moments of warm weather, sunshine and summer holidays.
Don’t get too excited just yet though, the ‘Scoff-ee Cup’ is still being developed and won’t launch until later this year in the UK.
Who knows though, you might have your cuppa/ biccie combo on Irish shores in no time…
