The AIB Start-Up Academy is in full swing, and this week it stopped off in Wexford.  Featuring contributions from Irish celebrity chef and author, Kevin Dundon, food and health writer Michael Kelly, and host of successful entrepreneurs, the inspiring event took place at The Sky & The Ground bar.
