We've met many entrepreneurs over the last year but Ciara Donlon is the brains behind one extraordinary idea that is changing women's lives.
Ciara, a business woman with over 15 years’ experience in online sales and marketing roles with companies including Vodafone, RBS and Irish Life and Permanent, entered the world of lingerie when she set up her own lingerie boutique in 2010.
After learning the business inside and out and researching the gap in the post surgery lingerie market, THEYA was created in 2013.
THEYA supply both the retail and healthcare markets with a range of post surgical garments, a number of THEYA’s products are now patent pending. THEYA currently employ three full-time, and three part time staff.
Ciara recently attended an AIB Start Up Academy event in Athlone and spoke about her passion for the business. To get more information on the AIB Start-Up Academy, click here.
