A menu from the wedding reception of Prince William and Kate Middleton has been released, revealing what the royal couple fed their guests on the big day.
The ceremony featured a performance from Ellie Goulding after attendees enjoyed a feast of Fresh Herb Salad with South Uist Salmon, Lyme Bay Crab and Wild Hebriean Langoustines, followed by Organic Lamb with Highgrove Spring Vegetables, English Asparagus, Jersey Royal Potatoes and Sauce Windsor.
The meal ended with a trio of Berkshire Honey Ice Cream, Traditional English Trifle and Chocolate Parfait, with coffee and mint tea.
The menu will go up for auction soon, alongside other memorabilia include two ceremonials, an order of service and invitations to the service at Westminster Abbey.
The collection also includes letters and telegrams written and received by British Royals and Christmas cards containing photos of Prince Charles and Princess Diana with William and Harry.
