They’ve had huge success with shows like House Of Cards and Orange Is The New Black and now Netflix has announced that it has signed comedian Chelsea Handler to front a new talk show.
Handler is best known for her Chelsea Lately show on E! but recently confirmed that she would be leaving the channel for a new project, with her last episode airing at the end of August.
Netflix has now confirmed that the popular presenter will be fronting a new programme that will air in 2016 but did not provide any further details as regards frequency or scheduling.
“Netflix is looking forward to reimagining the late night talk show for the on-demand generation, starting with the late night part,” said Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos.
