“I also have to thank my wife Amber for putting up with me.”
Johnny Depp was receiving an award in Palm Springs recently and during his speech he paid a lovely tribute to his wife, Amber Heard.
The 52-year-old actor has been married to Heard for almost a year now and thanked her for ‘putting up with him’.
He picked up the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and during his speech he paid tribute to his wife by saying:
“I also have to thank my wife Amber for putting up with me, for living with all these characters, which can’t be easy.
“It’s hard for me – it’s got to be hard for her.”
While the actor was there to accept the award, all eyes were on Amber who was wearing a black lace Dolce & Gabbana dress.
