The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is said to have been at the venue in Anaheim to see boyfriend Tyga perform along with Chris Brown.
Kylie is said to be okay after the incident.
She was reported to have been leaving the gig, when a fan pulled her hair sharply, snapping her head back.
According to TMZ, the star’s security team was on hand to handle the incident and she was not seriously hurt.
