“It’s a beautiful day to save lives.”

They may not have super powers that beat COVID-19 but they are heroes who can tell the world to wear masks via Instagram.

Celebrities around the world have used their power for the good of the people by taking to Instagram to encourage their followers to wear face masks when they’re in public to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Experts around the world are telling us that wearing face masks in public places reduces the risk of spreading the contagious virus but yet some people are still leaving their houses with their mouths and noses in clear view.

So if some people of the world won’t listen to experts then that’s where the celebrities come in. Jennifer Aniston, Patrick Dempsey, Lizzo and Lady Gaga are among the famous faces who have covered half their faces in Instagram posts to encourage people to cover half theirs in public!

Lizzo, in true Lizzo style posted a pic of her poolside in a bikini with a matching face mask, “Welcome to summer 2020” she captioned it.

I understand masks are inconvenient and uncomfortable. But don’t you feel that it’s worse that businesses are shutting down… jobs are being lost… health care workers are hitting absolute exhaustion. And so many lives have been taken by this virus because we aren’t doing enough. ⠀ ⠀ I really do believe in the basic goodness of people so I know we can all do this ? BUT still, there are many people in our country refusing to take the necessary steps to flatten the curve, and keep each other safe. People seem worried about their “rights being taken away” by being asked to wear a mask. This simple and effective recommendation is being politicized at the expense of peoples’ lives. And it really shouldn’t be a debate ?? ⠀ ⠀ If you care about human life, please… just #wearadamnmask ? and encourage those around you to do the same ❤️
