The stunning couple were celebrating their fourth anniversary in Gothenburg, Sweden, over the weekend.
And then, they were celebrating their engagement - so much celebrating!
The bride-to-be, who is from Scotland, shared the same picture as Proudlock with a slightly funnier caption.
