“I used to leave the house at 9pm and come home at 6am. Now I’m in bed by 9pm and up at 6am!”
Rebecca Loos became a household name back in the day when she hit headlines for having an affair with David Beckham. Of course the Beckhams denied this ever happened but Rebecca took the chance to make a name for herself and basked in the publicity of it all.
The 43 year old sold her story to newspapers at the time and was on the cover of most of them too, she also did playboy and became a reality TV star thanks to her infamous affair allegations.
Rebecca remained in the spotlight for years until she disappeared completely. Now it’s been revealed that she stepped away from her tabloid life and moved to Norway.
She recently sat down with OK! magazine and revealed she’s now a mom of two, working on the frontline as a Covid-19 tester in Norway and she’s happily married to a Norwegian doctor, Sven Christjar Skaiaa.
Rebecca admitted that she had regrets when it came to her drama-filled life in her twenties. She says she regrets “tons”, going on to tell the magazine “I made a lot of bad decisions, I trusted a lot of people I shouldn’t have.”
She’s completely changed around her life, she is vegetarian, practices a lot of yoga and is fluent in Norwegian. She admits to feeling like she was “used for ratings and notoriety”.
Loos was asked if her family know of her past life as a reality TV star she says “I’m very open about everything. They know Mummy’s been a naked model and been on the cover of Playboy…. They know their mummy has a naughty side!”
Rebecca notes the amazing changes she’s been able to make in her life, telling OK! “I used to leave the house at 9pm and come home at 6am. Now I’m in bed by 9pm and up at 6am! We’re forever evolving and that was a nice phase in my late twenties.”
