The River Island boots we’ll be living in for the rest of the year

The River Island boots we’ll be living in for the rest of the year.

Boot season is almost here and you know what, we couldn’t be happier about it.

Although flip flops and tanned feet are fun for a while, nothing beats cosy autumnal dressing, bring on the teddy coats and statement boots.

A pair of black ankle boots are absolutely essential for the next few months and if you don’t have any, now is the time to invest.

Western-style boots have increased in popularity over the last couple of season and after a pair two years ago, I’ve worn them on repeat since.

My boots were bought from River Island back in 2017, priced around the €100 mark and honestly, they were, and still are, so comfortable.

This makes them the perfect boots for daywear and I’m delighted to see they’re back again this year, in a couple of different styles.

The Black Croc Leather Western Ankle Boots are the type of boots you can wear with literally everything and similar to the pair I have, they are priced at €100.

However, if you already have black and feel like opting for a new style, you may have noticed that white boots are majorly trending at the moment.

The White Leather Western Pointed Heel Boots are also from River Island and similar to the black pair, they are also retailing at €100.

Style with a lightweight polo knit and faded jeans, a floral dress and a denim jacket, a blazer and cropped culottes…you’ll definitely get value for money when you see how much you’ll be able to wear them.

If you opt for the white, the heel is much higher and so they may not be quite as comfortable – you have been warned.
