If there’s one thing you can say for Irish One Direction cutie Niall, he certainly hasn’t forgotten his roots.

The young star had been vocal about his excitement in the lead-up to his three night stint with bandmates at Croke Park, telling fans it was going to be the best weekend of his life.

On stage over the weekend, he became emotional when paying tribute to the “best town in Ireland”, his hometown of Mullingar.

The Croker dates marked the first visit home for Niall, 20, since Christmas, so the singer made sure to avail of some home comforts during his stay.

After a killer performance in front of over 82,000 fans on Saturday night, Horan was greeted with that classic Irish treat – a Supermac’s Snack Box.

Both Niall and his brother Greg worked in Supermac’s in Mullingar before he hit the big time on The X Factor.
