The weekend has nearly drawn to a close.
Yes, we know - heartbreaking. But there are still a few hours of rest and relaxation left before the start of a new week and what better way to spend it than with a good movie.
With plenty to choose from on the telly, we think tonight calls for a bottle of wine, some snacks and a night in front of the fire.
Now just to pick which one of these seven flicks you're going to watch.
1. Taken 2 – RTÉ 2, 9pm
Plot: Former CIA agent Bryan Mills and his ex-wife Lenore are taken hostage in Istanbul by an Albanian gangster, whose son Bryan killed while bringing down a kidnapping ring. He is able to escape with the aid of his daughter, and together they fight to rescue Lenore and wipe out the criminal family.
2. The Next Three Days – Virgin Media One, 9pm
Plot: A professor's wife is imprisoned for murdering her boss. Her distraught husband desperately tries to prove her innocence, but every attempt to get her released by legal means fails. When he learns she is contemplating suicide, he seeks the aid of a notorious prison escapee in organising a break-out.
3. The Fast and the Furious: Toyko Drift – ITV2, 9.05pm
Plot: An American teenager is sent to live with his father in Tokyo after a brush with the law, but soon becomes involved in illegal street racing. When he ends up owing money to gangsters after losing a race against a driver with Yakuza connections, he has to learn to master the Japanese style of driving to win and pay back his debts.
4. The Blues Brothers – ITV4, 9pm
Plot: Two criminal brothers discover the orphanage where they were raised faces closure unless the nuns who run it can pay their tax bill, so the pair embarks on an urgent mission to revive their old blues band to raise the money needed.
5. Maid in Manhattan – Comedy Central, 9pm
Plot: A chambermaid at an exclusive hotel daringly tries on a designer dress belonging to a guest - and is spotted by a wealthy politician, who mistakes her for a socialite and invites her on a date. However, the differences in their social backgrounds soon become apparent and threaten their budding romance.
6. Pineapple Express – Universal TV, 9pm
Plot: A pot-smoking slacker witnesses a gangland murder and accidentally leaves a joint containing rare marijuana at the scene of the crime. Realising this means they can be traced, he and his dealer go on the run - but their drug-induced paranoia proves a handicap.
7. Déjà Vu – Syfy, 9pm
Plot: A federal agent investigating the bombing of a ferryboat in New Orleans is given access by the government to a top-secret device that allows him to see into the past. He focuses on one victim in particular, a woman whom he believes holds the key to the crime and becomes convinced that he can prevent the explosion ever happening.
