Well folks, that’s it.
The Bake Off as we know and love it is over. With this season’s finale comes the sad end of the GBBO and BBC partnership. Ne’er again will Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood, Mel and Sue grace our screens in the big white tent.
It’s been an emotional evening.
Tears were shed.

Of course, as Nelly Furtado once said, all good things come to an end.
But it wasn’t without tension.
Literally sitting here covering my face with my hoodie stressing over picnic selections, this is my life #GBBOFinal
