Ariana Grande has pulled out of the Brit Awards with just hours to go until the live show.
She was supposed to sing a special tribute to the 22 Manchester victims, who lost their lives when a bomb was detonated at her concert last year.
An unlikely, but brilliant, person has been drafted in to fill in for her. None other than Liam Gallagher will take to the stage to fill the tribute slot in tonight’s show taking place in London.
What’s surprising about this announcement is that Liam had previously vented his anger, quite publicly, at the organisers of the Brits.
He said, on Twitter, “So the Brit awards have ballooned it again… All I wanted to do was play LIVE but there too scared too cosy the cheeky c*nts asked me if I wanted to host it are they having a laugh LG.”

Now, it appears they are taking the chance on him and letting him play at the event.
A source told The Mirror, “Liam has saved the day by stepping in at the last minute. It’s a perfect choice. It’s going to be the moment of the evening.”
