“OK today was v special,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful I was able to be there.”
The post went on to touch on the biggest news of the week - her split from Pete - with the singer announcing she’s taking a break from social media.
“Time to say bye bye again to the internet for just a little bit,” she wrote. “It’s hard not to bump news and stuff that I’m not trying to see right now. “It’s very sad and we’re all trying very hard to keep going. “Love you and thank you for being her always.”
The post has since been deleted from Ariana’s story.
According to reports this morning, Ariana, 25, and Pete, 24, decided that it simply "wasn't the right time" for them to be together.
Ariana, who has a song called 'Pete Davidson' on her recent album Sweetener, announced last week that she was taking a break from music to "take care of myself for a little while."
