The 19-year-old is climbing the property ladder.
Ariel Winter is selling her home in California for a tidy profit after listing it in May of this year.
The actress bought the property last year for $1.575 million and was hoping to get $1.75 million in the sale.
However, having cut the price to secure a buyer, Ariel now walks away with a slightly smaller profit of $175,000.
The home was built last year and features a 14-foot entry, skylights, wine cellar and is made up of a completely open floor plan.
With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and over 3,200 square feet of space, we’re guessing Ariel welcomed quite a few guests in her time there.
The kitchen boasts a whole host of snazzy features including a large island topped with quartz, country-style sink and butler’s pantry.
The master bedroom is equipped with a large walk-in closet, bathroom with Insta-worthy marble stall shower, large bath and doors that open out to the backyard.
Out the back, well it wouldn’t be a celebrity pad without a pool, now would it?
Ariel is now moving to Studio City to her new 5,000 square-foot home that cost just over $2.7 million.
Not bad for a 19-year-old student, ay?
