Earlier today we reported that EastEnders fans will finally find out who killed Lucy Beale on February 19th. Now it has been revealed who is the favourite out of the remaining suspects.
According to The Mirror, Ladbrokes are saying that viewers in the UK have placed a LOT of money on Abi Branning being the murderer after the suspect list was reduced on New Year’s Day.
Abi, played by Lorna Fitzgerald, is the daughter of Max who was having an affair with Lucy before she died.
But while she might be the favourite now, Ian Beale and Jane are both still in the frame. Also, there’s still a long way to go and not even the cast know who it is.
Speaking previously about the storyline, executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins said: “There are a lot of surprises. If we pull it off it will be good. I’ll either be very happy or I’ll never work again.”
Abi (left) is the favourite according to the bookies.
