Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly dropped out of college in New York after his first year and has headed back to the UK.
The 19-year-old was doing a photography course in New York’s Parsons School of Design, however, is said to have deferred the course to return home to his family.
Brooklyn has reportedly been homesick for quite a while, telling friends months ago that he wanted to leave but, like many students, decided to hang on until the end of the year to see how he felt.
He’s now home with his family and is said to be about to start an internship with a respected British photographer.
Victoria, who has often posted about how much she missed her eldest son while he was in the US, is said to be “delighted” that he’s home, according to a source.
“He adores his family, in the end, it was the lure to come back to them all that swung it – and the prospect of a terrific internship,” the source told The Mirror.
“Victoria is absolutely delighted at the news and couldn’t contain herself when it was all coming to plan – to have Brooklyn back under the same roof is a dream come true for her.”
Victoria had apparently been talking to friends for months about how hard she was finding it without him at home.
No doubt she and David are thrilled to have their eldest child home with them.
