Caroline Flack says she knows ‘everything’ about the Love Island 2019 contestants

Love Island starts on June 3. On Monday. On June 3. It's so soon and we are extremely hyped. Very hyped. As in cannot wait and the hype is real. And while we don't know for sure exactly who will be entering the villa this year, the rumours have been rife and there is absolutely no smoke without fire. Or, maybe there is, and the rumours are nothing but that, but sure look, we'll find out eventually. One person who knows exactly who is going into the villa this June is Caroline Flack. She's been prepping for the show for the past few weeks now and although she has yet to meet any of the contestants, she has revealed that she still knows "everything" there is to know about them. We're not jealous at all. https://www.instagram.com/p/BxMj1vZlPqQ/ During an Instagram Q&A this afternoon, Flack said that she's been having a bit of an intense lurk on all of the islanders' social media profiles. Which, yeah, fair enough, we'd be the same, like. When a fan asked her whether she knew exactly would be entering the villa next Monday, she said: "I haven't met the islanders, I never actually meet the islanders until they walk into the villa and meet each other, that's the first time I see them. "But I know everything about them and do my research and know all about them." You'd have to, in fairness. Flack also confirmed that producers have indeed got a few things up their sleeves to keep viewers entertained this series. "Love Island is always juicy," she said. "It's not the juiciness that gets everyone going, I think it's the people falling in love that is the good bits, not the juicy bits." Debatable, actually. This comes after reports that the lie detector segment of the show may be scrapped in the wake of The Jeremy Kyle Show's recent cancellation after a guest died by suicide. "We will be looking at lie detectors and other tools used by the production companies, as to whether it’s fair treatment for vulnerable individuals," Sharon White, an executive with TV regulator Ofcom, told a UK parliamentary committee. Love Island returns to Virgin Media One on June 3.
