Yikes!
Celebrity Big Brother has only been on for a few days but people are already not very interested. The show has seen the lowest figures in its history with less than 2million people tuning in for the first show on Tuesday night.
According to Overnight TV, a company which analyses UK television ratings, it attracted just 1.8million for the launch show. Just to put it into context, last year’s summer show pulled in 2.36million.
It may not seem like a huge drop, but in TV land it is. It’s reportedly the first time the show has dropped below the 2million mark.

The reason for the decline in viewers was because of two other shows which were broadcast at the same time, Old People’s Home for 4-Year-Olds on Channel 4 and In The Dark on BBC One.
They had 2.1million and 3.9million viewers on Tuesday night.
