We’re happy for them but…
It’s been five months since Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan broke the hearts of fans everywhere and announced they were ending their nearly nine-year marriage.
And as we continue to recover from the blow, we get news that the pair are now dating other people – it’s all too much.
According to a source close to the couple, the pair have been on a string of dates with different people but they’re not involved in anything serious yet.
“Jenna has been on a few dates but doesn’t talk about a boyfriend,” they told People.
“She’s busy working and going back and forth between LA and Atlanta. She’s in a really great place.”
And the same can be said for Channing who is also exploring the dating world but not making anything official just yet.
While the pair may be moving on romantically, it’s said that they remain close friends focussed on raising their five-year-old daughter Everly.
“Everything has been really good between them,” the source added.
“Nothing has really changed from when they were together. It hasn’t been a big adjustment for their daughter either, because not much has changed.
“They co-parent and have the same goals for their daughter, which is they want her to know that she is very loved.”
The former couple made a statement on their social media channels earlier this year, saying that they still very much love each other, but have decided to separate.
“We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple,” they said.
“We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.
