Chesney from Coronation Street just got engaged and we feel old
It feels like only yesterday he was just a child with his little, or big, dog Schmeichel.
We all surely know or remember Chesney from Coronation Street, right?
He joined the show in 2003 as Fiz Brown's younger brother. Along with his mother, Cilla, he moved in with Les Battersby and Kirk and soon became a popular regular on the show.
If you haven't seen the show in years then you'll remember him as the little red-haired boy on the street with the giant dog, Schmeichel.
Prepare to feel very old.
Sam Aston, who plays Chesney Brown on Coronation Street, just proposed to his girlfriend. Sharing the news on Instagram with his follower he said, "Me and my beautiful bride to be..."
The couple have been together for five years and are over the moon with the engagement.
After sharing over 5 years together, 4 Al, Andy and Sam golf days and 3 doggies, 2 hearts have now become 1 as Sam and I are...ENGAGED!! (How is it possible I can even say that out loud?!) Sam got down on one knee last night at his annual golf do and proposed in front of 250 people and my heart could burst with happiness!! (When did I get so lucky?!) I can't wait to marry my whole world but until then, I'm just floating in this bliss called love.??✨ I love you @samaston93
