The date of the Love Island final has been officially confirmed.

After a slow start, the winter series of Love Island has picked up and our social lives have diminished considerably in favour of staying in to check in on the latest goings-on.

Things escalated last night with a number of couples at loggerheads after the ‘Tweet challenge’ and with less than two weeks to go, it’s likely things will become even more eventful.

ITV has announced that the winter series will come to an end on Sunday, February 23.

At 9pm a week from this Sunday, we’ll know who’s been named the latest winners of the popular reality show but who will it be?

Finn and Paige won people over with their adorable display of affection when they became official but Luke T and Siannise have also become frontrunners in the last week.

Shaughna’s one-liners and reaction to being dumped by Callum have ensured she’s a fan favourite and similar to Amber Gill last year, she could go all the way.

Tonight’s episode is sure to be dramatic one as Paige grills Finley on Casa Amor although as fans have said, he even slept outside on the daybed to show just how much he was missing her.

Judging by a preview clip, Callum and Molly could be about to have their first argument and Siannise is raging with Luke T after he discussed their time in the hideaway with the boys, in great detail…
