Coronation Street is full of death. It just is. It seems like every week, someone either passes away suddenly, is murdered by a serial killer, or drives their entire family into a canal. Richard Hillman, looking at you mate. The next person who looks set to be leaving the cobbles via the white escalator to the sky (dying) is Johnny Connor. So soon after the untimely death of his son Aidan, the older Connor lad might be in for a bit of trouble health-wise over the next few months. Johnny already had a health scare when he was kidnapping his granddaughter from Eva, but it seems as if that wasn't the end of his questionable brushes with death. The Express reports that Kym Marsh, who plays Michelle Connor, has been spotted filming funeral scenes for upcoming episodes of the show. And while it is not yet apparent whose funeral she is attending, Johnny sort of seems like the most relevant guess considering his health conditions and the fact that things could only really get worse for the Connors at this stage, couldn't they? Marsh was spotted speaking to a 'mystery man' during the scenes, which honestly, could literally be anybody - a background actor, a member of the crew, someone who just wandered onto the set by accident. At the end of the day, we just don't know. But whatever happens, there will be a funeral... and it's looking kind of likely that it'll be Johnny's. Shame.
