It’s been over a year since Derry Girls wrapped for good after three magnificent seasons, and while we’re glad it went out on a high, it doesn’t mean we don’t still miss the five-some on our screens, not to mention the likes of Granda Joe, Sister Michael, and Auntie Sarah.

Which is why we’re so buzzing to learn that The Derry Girls Exhibition, which has been in the works for about six months now, had its grand opening at the Tower Museum this week.
Jamie Lee O’Donnell, who played Michelle in the hit series, attended the grand opening of the exhibition, which has a range of Derry Girls memorabilia and props, such as Erin’s Diary, their Spice Girls outfits, as well as full sets, including Erin’s bedroom and Sister Michael’s office.
You can even get your hands on a Derry Girls board-game, which seems like a must-purchase to me. Give 30 Seconds or Cards Against Humanity a break for what is bound to be another iconic game.
The Derry Girls exhibition is open daily from 9am to 5:30pm, with last admission at 4:30pm. Tickets cost £4 per adult, £2 per child (between ages 5 and 17) and £2.40 per senior or student.
