A couple of nights to remember…

Drake played the second of his sold out Dublin gigs on Monday night in the 3Arena in Dublin.

His Boy Meets World tour went down a treat with fans at the venue with Drake putting on a show to remember, all while sporting a tricolour hanging from his pocket for the majority of the gig.

His compliments were lapped up by an eager crowd but were reinforced with a stunning performance of poise and conviction.

A more basic set up in terms of concerts with minimal pyrotechnics and very few back-up dancers weaving their way across the stage, it was more about his performance.

Drake seemed to genuinely love his time in Ireland as he partied with NFL stars Odell Beckham Jnr and Von Miller in Dublin and his various Instagrams and social media updates showed a strong grá for the country.

In his first gig, he gave an impassioned speech to the crowd where he said:

“They try and tell us how we can’t get along, how the world is falling apart, how we’re supposed to be divided and not united.

The best and most beautiful part about Dublin, is the fact that I look around and I see people from all races, all places, just showing love.

We are the young generation, it’s up to us to keep this motherfuckin’ world together. Nobody can tell us how this shit works.”

All in all it was a hugely successful two nights in Dublin, fans won’t forget his stunning performance and it’s likely he’ll be returning at some point in the near future.
