Ed Sheeran is set to guest star in one of our favourite TV shows

It has been confirmed that Ed Sheeran will guest star in an upcoming episode of non other than the Simpsons. The 26-year-old will be taking to Springfield for the first time as non other than a love interest of fellow musician, Lisa Simpson. In the brief clip, we see Lisa teaming up with Ed for a musical session, however Lisa seems unimpressed alongside Homer in the clip who is also not appreciating Ed and all the "racket". When The Simpsons producer Mike Sully heard that Ed would love to be on the show, the producers revealed that they got him to record his lines over the phone while he was in England. We haven't been given an exact date as to when Ed Sheeran's character, Brendan will appear on the show, but we wait in anticipation!
