Amazing, fantastic, stunning news.

Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has landed herself yet another reality show as she signs up for Dancing on Ice.

The Turkish actress is moving up in the world and getting her ice skates on and is getting ready to hit the rink.

Ekin-Su has been taking the world by storm since winning Love Island, landing two major deals with OhPolly and bPerfect Cosmetics as well as a travel series with ITV where she heads to Italy and Türkiye.

Sharing the post on Instagram, the official Dancing on Ice account wrote: “Love Island champion @ekinsuofficial is ready to get hearts pulsing on the ice #DancingOnIce @itv.”

Just like we did for two months straight while she was in the villa, she is now skating across our screens every Sunday evening.

The news comes only days after Ekin-Su’s boyfriend and fellow islander Davide revealed he had been asked to do the show but decided not to take part, and it all makes sense now.

Speaking to The Sun, he said: “They wanted me to do Dancing on Ice this year but I refused this time around.

“I have so much going on and I can’t commit to something every day and when I do something I want to do it properly.

“Right now I just can’t focus on something like that, for the moment anyway, but in the future maybe I will.”

Ekin-Su isn’t the only one taking on the challenge of Dancing on Ice 2023 as EastEnders star Patsy Palmer was the first announced for the show.

Best known for playing Bianca Jackson in the BBC soap, she shared the happy news on Monday’s episode of This Morning.

She said: “I wanted to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone. I thought, ‘I’ll just go for it’, and it seems like a lot of fun.”

Footballer John Fashanu was the second celebrity announced for Dancing on Ice 2023.

The former Wimbledon of England striker said: “I’m so excited to be a part of Dancing on Ice! I don’t think it’ll come as a surprise to people that I’m very competitive – I am definitely in it to win it.

“And this may be one of the scariest things I’ve ever signed up for but I couldn’t be more ready for the challenge!”
