Just as one Hollywood marriage ends, a new one begins.
With news of Brad and Angelina filing for divorce, it looks like another high profile couple has tied the knot.
Reports suggest that Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are now married.
Earlier this year news broke that they had welcomed their second child, only weeks after it was revealed that she was pregnant. But now it seems they’ve got married and it’s thought to have happened earlier in the year in a private ceremony.
US Weekly has broken the news with sources telling them, that Ryan Gosling and “his love of five years, Eva Mendes, quietly tied the knot earlier this year among a small group of family and friends.” Another source added, “Eva and Ryan have always felt like a married couple. . . . They are infatuated with each other.”
The couple has always kept their relationship private so it’s no surprise that they have kept their marriage a secret.
They first met while working together on the 2012 movie, The Place Beyond the Pines. They have two daughters together, Esmeralda Amada, who was born in September 2014, and Amada Lee, who was born in April 2016.
Eva’s grandmother was named Amada and this is thought to be the inspiration behind the moniker.
