EXCLUSIVE: Celtic Woman creates an absolutely stunning Adele cover

Louise Carroll

In the run up to their show in Dublin’s 3Arena, we now have a little glimpse of what to expect from the captivating voices of Celtic Woman.

The Grammy-nominated Irish music ensemble will be coming home on September 2nd to perform their Voices of Angels tour after months of travelling the United States where they have long enjoyed an enormous fanbase. The all-female cast has sold over 10 million CDs and DVDs worldwide and has also become a multi-platinum international music phenomenon.

As part of their homecoming, Celtic Woman has shared their exclusive video with Her readers in which we get to hear the group’s breathtaking cover of Adele’s superb Water Under the Bridge. The cast was lucky enough to have recorded the song and video in Hollywood’s legendary Capital Studios as part of the 1Mic1Take series during the time they were there for the Grammys.

Naturally, their show is comprised of traditional Celtic music but recently the group have began adding more contemporary songs to their routine – of course with their own unique and captivating take on them.

The music sensation has grown from strength to strength thanks to such a hard working team. The show will no doubt have us cheering and applauding yet again thanks to the astounding voices of Susan McFadden, Mairéad Carlin, Eabha McMahon as well as exceptional play from violinist Tara McNeill.

Prepare yourself – you’re about to be blown away!
