Not going to lie, we'd be heartbroken over this.

The most recent preview of Grey's Anatomy sent fans into meltdown, after they began to wonder if it meant another character is being killed off. The long-running medical drama has said goodbye to a number of beloved characters over the years, some in more heartbreaking ways than others. But the latest promo for the series has caused fans' hearts to stop for a second. The preview for season 14, episode 11, shows Chief of Surgery Miranda Bailey telling a hospital staff member that she thinks she's having a heart attack. Later in the clip, we see Bailey checked into the hospital - and hear a flatlining EKG, which is never a good sign in a medical drama. The episode's title, (Don't Fear) The Reaper, didn't do much to quell fans' fears, either. The bit of footage ends with Bailey's husband, Ben Warren, getting a phone call and sprinting off, looking very upset. The official preview for the episode reads:

“The stress of managing the hospital and coming to terms with Ben’s decision to become a Seattle firefighter pushes Bailey to her limits.”
