The Undoing is gearing up to be one of the most talked about dramas of the year

Theories, theories, theories.

Just about everyone in Ireland has become gripped by mini-series The Undoing, and are sticking on their detective hats to try and figure out what's going to happen next. The Undoing follows Grace, played by Nicole Kidman, a successful therapist with a devoted husband and young son whose life changes overnight. A new friend of Grace, Elena, is found murdered and Grace's husband is the prime suspect, but a lot of people have other suspects in mind. Warning, spoilers ahead.

While many think the culprit is very likely Grace's husband (especially since it turns out he was having an affair with Elena) many others have pointed the finger at Grace herself. She certainly would have motive if she had known about the affair all along, but did she actually know about it? And would this have been enough to cause her to kill?

On the other hand, there are some who think it might be Grace's son or father who murdered Elena - which would in fairness, be a very interesting twist and would definitely take away the predictable element of most thrillers. That being said, the culprit could indeed be Grace's husband after all. A predictable ending, but listen, it's possible. Personally, I put my money on Elena doing a Pretty Little Liars job and turning up alive after faking her own death. Might be a wild card but you never know. For many viewers of course the most pressing mystery is of course...
