One of our FAVOURITE actors has just joined the season 5 cast of Peaky Blinders

We can’t WAIT!

Is anyone else counting down the days, hours and MINUTES until Peaky Blinders returns to our screens?

You are not alone, loyal friends.

Anyway, as the air date draws nearer, the show has been releasing sneak peaks into the new season.

The latest news about the fifth series? there’s a new lad in town, and we can barely control ourselves.

SAM CLAFLIN will be joining the cast in Peaky Blinders season 5.

You know who he is right?

He was the lead character in Me Before You, an he also played a pretty big role in The Hunger Games.

We also fancy him.

Sam shared a picture of himself donning your typical Peaky style on Instagram, to confirm the news.

“By order of the Peaky fookin’ Blinders, here’s ya sneak peak” he wrote.

We know nothing about the character he will portray, but we already know we’re excited.

The series will pick up in 1929 Birmingham shortly after the stock market crash, and will focus on Tommy Shelby as he sets his sights on the British government.

Reports suggest season 5 of Peaky Blinders will air in Spring of 2019.
