Nidge and co will be out and about on the streets of Dublin as filming for the fifth series of Love/Hate is apparently due to start next Tuesday.
According to the Irish Independent, the upcoming season will be shorter than expected and won’t disappoint (something which fans will be happy to hear following the somewhat underwhelming fourth series).
A source told the publication: “There were rumours that season five was going to be 12 episodes but that’s not the case – it’s six with a proper climax that Love/Hate fans are used to and enjoy.”
The insider added that the popular crime drama will come to an end after the following, sixth, series: “The plan is to finish the Love/Hate journey next year, with another series after this one.”
