So naturally you’ve been transfixed by Making a Murderer in recent weeks and you’ve been outraged that a seemingly innocent man remains behind bars for a crime he probably didn’t commit.
And if, like us, now have a real-life crime thriller documentary shaped hole in your life, fret not, Netflix Canada have stepped up to fill the void. The streaming service has finally added much acclaimed The Jinx to its platform.
The Jinx will torment you for a variety of different reasons. This HBO documentary highlights the story of Robert Durst, a New York City Billionaire and generally shady character who seems to be responsible for some seriously questionable crimes.
Unlike the poor unfortunate soul Steven Avery, Durst has evaded prosecution for pretty much his entire life despite being linked very suspiciously to like, a tonne of murders and other shady dealings.
Unlike Making a Murderer or Serial though, The Jinx has a solid, concrete insanely satisfying definitive ending that means you won’t lay awake at night feeling anxious.
Put aside some time at the weekend, errbody gonna be debating this one on Monday.
