Former Westlife star Brian McFadden set for Dancing on Ice

Is this the reason why he's not involved in long-anticipated Westlife reunion?! 

Probably not, apparently he just didn't want to be a part of it. Or they didn't ask him to be. Whatever happened, they've done a foursome before lads, they can do it again. And either way, it looks like they'll have to because Brian McFadden is all set to join this year's instalment of Dancing on Ice.  Fair play to him. The Sun reports that McFadden is really excited to be a part of the ice-skating-based reality show later on this year. A source told the publication: “Brian is about to sign on the dotted line and is really looking forward to being part of the show.” Exciting. Brian left Westlife back in 2004 and released his own single, 'Real To Me', which topped the charts in Ireland and the UK much to the surprise of a few people but hey, it was a catchy tune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipMPJ42vyYs Since then he has appeared on some other reality TV shows, recorded more music, and also toured around as part of hybrid supergroup, Boyzlife. It was announced yesterday that Westlife were getting back together without Brian to record new music and tour. Ed Sheeran has written at least one of the band's comeback songs. Apparently, the lads were "desperate" to get him on board.
