A Friends musical is reportedly on the way

Time to book flights.

There’s a Friends Musical coming to New York. Before we get over excited, it’s not an official Friends show but more of a parody.

According to Digital Spy, the show will be off-broadway and will open sometime in Autumn, but none of the original writers or producers have anything to do with it. However, it will apparently poke fun at the main characters we all know and love.

Some of the songs included in the stage show are, The One Where We Make A Million Dollars An Episode, The Only Coffee Shop in New York, Oh. My God. It’s Janice!, We Were On A Break and, the main one We’ll Always Be There For You.

No mention at this point about whether or not Smelly Cat will be included but surely it will be incorporated in some way.

The show comes from Bob and Tobly McSmith, who have previously made parodies of Saved By The Bell, the Kardashians and 90210, so it’s bound to be good.

Here’s hoping it comes to London so we can get to see it easily.
